Regulated Helper Training
The Regulated Helper positions nervous system regulation not as a response to burnout, but as a foundational professional competency essential to effective therapeutic practice. Just as clinicians develop expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and ethical decision-making, they must also master their own nervous system regulation to serve as effective therapeutic instruments.]
This 6-hour experiential workshop integrates Polyvagal Theory, somatic awareness, and energy medicine to help practitioners develop the regulation capacity that underlies co-regulation, clinical attunement, and ethical practice.
